Creativity Tasks
Blending art therapy and narrative techniques, Conflict Analysis prompts users to become comfortable with their own story, identifying personal behavioral patterns through creative exploration. Within the current version, users complete four tasks. This information is automatically piped to a template that associates the drawing and story with the relevant stage. Through this experience, users come to identify the pattern repeated in their life, accepting responsibility for the repetition and identifying corrective changes that they are prepared to make. While art therapy and narrative therapy have proven therapeutically useful, inspiring increased self-esteem, Conflict Analysis moves beyond these traditional models, offering tools that trigger insight and behavior modification.
